The Strand loves pets! We welcome both dogs and cats and offer an array of fur resident perks to keep your pets happy. The Strand has a 4,000 sq. ft. gated dog park as well as a very convenient on-property dog wash station.

For all of our four-legged residents, our onsite dog park is the perfect place to hang out, play, and meet new furry residents. After a great day at the dog park, treat your pup to the ultimate spa made just for them.

We’ve also rounded up some great local resources from- doggy day care, grooming, dog walkers, and dog parks to play at.

Grateful Dog: Offering A Special Resident Perk

Grateful Dog is proud to offer you the peace of mind that your dog has a safe, stimulating environment to sleep, play, and be loved. Free to play all day and sleep in a comfortable room with other dogs and humans, free of cages. They provide walking services, daycare, pick up and drop offboarding, and grooming services. Exclusively for  Strand residents, Grateful Dog is offering a daycare package where residents will save $40 off a full day and $20 off a half day.

Rover allows you to book a dog walker to give your dog a 30-minute walk around your neighborhood.
