Grateful Dog is proud to offer you the peace of mind that your dog has a safe, stimulating environment to sleep, play, and be loved. Free to play all day and sleep in a comfortable room with other dogs and humans, free of cages. They provide walking services, daycare, pick up and drop offboarding, and grooming services. Exclusively for Strand residents, Grateful Dog is offering a daycare package where residents will save $40 off a full day and $20 off a half day.

Are you busy at work during the day and need someone to take your pup for a walk? We have rounded up the Top 15 dog walkers and pet sitters located right here in West Sacramento. Rover allows you to book a dog walker to give your dog a 30-minute walk around your neighborhood. Very simple, you can book your dog walking from your phone and get GPS maps, potty updates, and even photos. Our residents here at The Strand are big fans of Rover!

Our favorite picks right here in West Sacramento are Summer Field Dog Park and Sam Comb Park. A little further away but worth the drive are Bannon Creek Dog Park and Sutter’s Landing Regional Park.
