Now Introducing: The Strand’s Concert Series

For many of us, getting back out to see live music is right at the top of our post-pandemic to-do lists. There are so many reasons to be in West Sacramento this fall, and one of them is the number of fun events for families and friends!

We’re kicking off fall with live music every Thursday evening at Tree House Cafe right here in West Sacramento. This local hotspot is only 1 mile away from The Strand Apartments and serves homegrown ingredients, Sacramento local beer, and wine. The Tree House Cafe is a staple in The Strand’s daily routine. Coffee in the morning and local music at night! If you explore their backyard, you will find countless fruit trees and beautiful vegetable garden beds, which they serve in their seasonal menu.

Meet you in the Tree House! Side note: we are also big fans of the owner, Jeff Davis, known as “Fro.” You may know the famous Fro as the owner of Tokyo Fro in Sacramento and soon open a new establishment called Froze in Midtown. West Sacramento has always held a special place in his heart, and he truly loves the neighborhood.

The Strand Concert Series

From September 9th to November 18th, we have a lineup you can not miss. From bands like Steady Drop and Lantz Lazwell, you are sure to have a great time. This Thursday, September 16th, Sean Biggar will be performing. The concerts will be held every Thursday from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Not to mention, we even have branded glasses for an ice-cold beer! Sit outdoors, enjoy our fantastic weather, and listen to beautiful music with your family and friends.
